The 35th International Beefsteak and Burgundy Convention was held between 9-11 November 2018, in the Coonawarra wine region of South Australia. It was only the second Convention to be held in a recognised wine region. The event was made possible as a result of a collaboration between the three Beefsteak and Burgundy Clubs in the region: Penola, Black Swans, and Coonawarra.
